DK13 Alcon Nordic A/S Company is seeking a skilled Vision Suite Manager to promote Alcon's visualization and diagnostic portfolio across the Nordics region.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and market share of Alcon's digital visualization, microscopy, and diagnostic portfolio in their assigned territory. This will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying potential targets and new customers, and demonstrating and training healthcare professionals on surgical visualization and diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Total Alcon sales performance in the territory: diagnostics portfolio (Argos, Verion, and next generation devices) and visualization portfolio (Luxor Revalia, Ngenuity, and next generation devices)
  • Collaborating with IOL Managers, Account Managers, Surgical Equipment Managers, Vitreoretinal Managers, and other sales specialists to identify potential targets and new customers
  • Driving sales and market share across Alcon's digital visualization, microscopy, and diagnostic portfolio in your assigned territory
  • Demonstrating and training healthcare professionals on surgical visualization and diagnostic equipment in the operating room and clinic
  • Following and reporting on competitor activities, mapping competitive devices and digital platforms & services in your accounts
Requirements
  • Experience: minimum 5 years of experience in medical devices within a surgical environment, preferably within ophthalmology
  • Language: English + any Nordic language (Danish/Swedish/Norwegian)
  • Technical Skills: IT skills, knowledge in connectivity and digitalization of the clinic and operating room, working knowledge of visualization, diagnostics & digital workflow, and ability to message on connectivity
  • Behaviors: strong proactive and collaborative mindset, highly self-motivated, excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, customer relation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
