About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in project management of telecommunications system projects. As a Project Manager for International Offshore Projects within Telecommunications, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers are well-informed and that any unforeseen issues are handled in cooperation with the customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Day-to-day project planning and alignment of expectations in cooperation with the project team.
  2. Complete quality projects according to budget and timeline.
  3. Status reporting with focus on project economy, quality, progress, and milestones.
  4. Team and sub-supplier management according to corporate values.
  5. Technical engineer support and review of technical and qualitative methods.
Requirements

To be successful in this position, you will have a technical background within telecommunications, electrical instrumentation, automation, electronic engineering, marine engineering, or similar disciplines. You will also have experience in management of international technical projects from a project-based industry, preferably the offshore industry and within telecommunications systems.

  1. Participation in equipment manufacturing and/or automation solutions projects.
  2. Knowledge of various project management tools and models, ensuring appropriate solutions for your project and team.
  3. Ability to see the big picture, addressing finance, HSEQ, and customer requests with determination and experience.
  4. Effective communication skills.
  5. Fluency in oral and written English.
