PhD Stipend in Game Design and Sustainability

The Department of Architecture, Design, and Media Technology at Aalborg Universitet is seeking a PhD researcher to work on a project focused on game design and sustainability. The project aims to develop a game that communicates the goals of the European Green Deal and generates new knowledge on user engagement with sustainability goals.

The PhD researcher will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment of participants, conducting interviews and observations, coding and analyzing qualitative data, and participating in game development.

Key qualifications include a master's degree, strong interest in ecogames and game evaluation, and ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative research.

The position requires skills in scientific work, publishing, and education. The candidate is expected to contribute to educational programs at the Department of Architecture, Design, and Media Technology.

The position is located at Aalborg Universitet, but some traveling is expected. The PhD stipend is for a period of 3 years.
