Position Overview
We are excited to announce an opening for a Business Integrity & Compliance Manager. This role will report directly to the General Manager and will be an integral part of the Nordic leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams across the Nordics, including Commercial and Medical departments, to ensure ethical practices and compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations.
- Promote a culture of ethics and integrity within the organization.
- Oversee the local implementation of compliance processes, including healthcare compliance and anti-bribery initiatives.
- Facilitate training programs and compliance communications to enhance the organization’s compliance culture.
- Provide guidance to colleagues on ethical business conduct and compliance queries.
- Contribute to the development of global policies and ensure local adherence.
- Conduct compliance monitoring and audits to ensure adherence to standards.
- Support management in integrity risk assessments and document ethical incidents.
- Prepare reports for leadership meetings regarding compliance program effectiveness and related issues.
- Stay informed on changes in healthcare laws and regulations, advising on necessary adjustments.
Compliance & Conduct
Maintain strict adherence to local legal, regulatory, and ethical standards, aligning with Norgine's code of conduct to ensure all activities uphold the highest levels of integrity.

- Communication: Effectively convey Norgine's vision and strategic objectives.
- Change Management: Identify and implement necessary changes within your area of responsibility.

Capabilities
Possess strong communication skills, strategic thinking abilities, and attention to detail. Capable of managing complex issues and executing plans effectively.
Experience
A minimum of 2 years in a compliance role within the pharmaceutical sector is highly desirable. Familiarity with applicable Codes of Practice and experience in compliance or legal frameworks is essential.
