Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role offers a dynamic work environment where you can make a meaningful impact on a team of skilled colleagues.
You will be providing exceptional support to the Corporate Vice President through independently coordinating tasks, activities and events in our area. Your main tasks will include:
- Acting as a confidential partner to the Corporate Vice President and management team and supporting with the execution of management tasks in the area
- Calendar management including meeting booking, travel arrangements etc.
- Coordinating meetings including preparing presentations, agendas and following up on agreed action points and planning events such as seminars and offsites
- Managing processes in collaboration with our Business Partner
- Supporting with communication tasks such as drafting emails, writing newsletters, announcements etc.
