Data-Driven Product Owner

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our CRM team at Schibsted Marketing Services (SMS). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our CRM platform, focusing on invoicing and data analytics.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and pain points, ensuring our CRM platform meets their requirements.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance, and BI teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
- Analyse and optimise processes and tools to create a data-driven customer experience, taking our platform to new heights.
- Manage and prioritise the backlog for the invoicing area, identifying business needs and engaging stakeholders to support and develop a cutting-edge tool.
- Ensure the right customer data is promoted and maintained across our organisation, working closely with business teams.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- 3+ years of experience working with CRM on the functional side and have deep knowledge about the solution itself or been working with product development.
- A strong interest and skills in analytics and customer master data.
- Good skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in creating good relationships and working closely with stakeholders with different skills.
- GREAT COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND EITHER SWEDISH OR NORWEGIAN, BOTH ORAL AND WRITTEN.
