Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Professional to join our team in Denmark. As a key member of our Customer Services Operations (CSO) EMEA department, you will be responsible for delivering support to our customers by providing corrective, preventative maintenance and troubleshooting services.
Your main task will be to provide preventative maintenance and troubleshooting services on processing equipment at our customer's site. You will report to the Service Delivery Manager for Denmark and work closely with our customers to ensure their equipment runs flawlessly.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in a technical environment, preferably as a Service Technician. They will also have a good understanding of PLCs and other parts of machinery control systems, as well as the ability to perform overhauls of mechanical and electrical equipment.
In this role, you will establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, handle technical support queries and follow up on concerns and problems. You will also perform scheduled maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure reliability, troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment, electrical equipment, and control systems, and manage documentation related to activities.
