We are seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher to join our team at the Department of Geosciences and Natural Resource Management, Faculty of SCIENCE, University of Copenhagen, Denmark.
The successful applicant will contribute to the development of new methods for utilizing forest or agricultural products in a green bioeconomy.
The position involves conducting research on the enzymatic degradation of wood and wheat straw, analyzing the role of reactive oxygen species in these degradation processes, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
The researcher will be responsible for designing and conducting experiments, collecting and analyzing data, and publishing research findings in peer-reviewed journals.
The researcher will also have opportunities to present research findings at conferences and seminars.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and conduct experiments using oxygen-controlled equipment.
- Analyze data and publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals.
