Job Overview:

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned finance expert to drive long-term financial value creation and lead the company's strategy process. As a key member of our FP&A team, you will develop and own the Long Term Financial Model, engage in capital allocation governance, and define incentive programs aligned with strategic priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the finance function in Vestas' strategy process and drive long-term financial value creation.
  • Develop and own the Long Term Financial Model (Anaplan application) and engage in developing the Group's Capital Allocation governance.
  • Define the Group's incentive programs to ensure targets are aligned with strategic priorities near and long term.
  • Serve as backup for other team members on recurring 18-month Rolling Forecasting & Reporting activities (P&L and Cashflow/Balance) and be involved in Cross-functional tasks.

Qualifications:

  • We expect you to have solid experience with planning process ownership - understanding the interaction between financial planning and operational planning - preferably with experience from working in an IBP environment.
  • A good understanding of P&L, Balance sheet & Cash flow accounting in combination with a passion for Performance Management are prerequisites for excelling in this role.
  • Ideally, you have 5+ years of experience from an FP&A function in an international company.

  • You have strong business acumen and a drive for shareholder value creation across the value chain - towards peers in Finance and other key functions.
  • You have the passion and curiosity to understand Vestas' value chain - using this as an entry gate to build a network.
  • Lastly, we expect you to exercise strong communication and stakeholder management skills - ensuring alignment across functions and capable of engaging with senior leadership in Vestas.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary around €80,000 per year, private medical care, group insurance, and up to 5 travel days per year. You will become part of a highly professional environment with a solid technical and commercial commitment.
