  • Implementere vores bæredygtighedsstrategi i Danmark

Kvalifikationer

Vigtigst er, at du har erfaring med, hvordan bæredygtighedsprojekter drives effektivt og med fokus på implementeringen på tværs af en kompleks organisation. Du kan omsætte strategier til konkrete planer, der opnår de ønskede målsætninger. Du er også god til at kommunikere klare budskaber og træffe de rigtige beslutninger.

Vi søger en person, der er nysgerrig, åben og positiv, og derudover har:

  • En relevant uddannelse
  • Solid erfaring med projektledelse og en veludviklet værktøjskasse indenfor projektledelse og eksekvering
  • Erfaring med at udarbejde strategier og sikre eksekvering af strategiske initiativer
  • Faglig viden om bæredygtighed og tidligere arbejde med bæredygtighed i en tilsvarende stilling i en anden virksomhed eller som konsulent
  • Kommercielt mindset og forståelse for, hvordan bæredygtighed kan skabe værdi for vores kunder
  • Solide relationelle evner, der kan bringes i spil, når du navigerer mange forskellige interessenter og interesser
