About the JobIn this role, you will provide technical support and expertise to our customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across regions. Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Power Plant Controllers, SCADA solutions, and other industrial equipment.
You will work closely with our engineering team to create work instructions, processes, and technical documentation, aligning with 1st and 3rd level teams. Additionally, you will ensure knowledge transfer and contribute to optimizing and improving our product solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct support to service technicians in troubleshooting and repair tasks
- Remote troubleshooting and software upload for Power Plant Controllers and SCADA solutions
- Create work instructions, processes, and technical documentation
- Participate in customer meetings and provide technical advice
- Support and mentor less experienced engineers in their development
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders via phone, email, or ticketing system
- Strong IT skills, including experience with MS Office packages
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills, comfortable communicating technical updates to a large organization and to customers
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks effectively
- Minimum CCNA certification, experience with Cisco(R) Equipment
- Experience with industrial routers, switches, electrical systems from other vendors, and Cyber Security debugging techniques
