Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Lundbeck's global procurement strategy, focusing on value generation and procurement excellence.
  • Lead the development of procurement policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and digitalization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into procurement and supply chain operations.
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics for procurement activities, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Develop and ensure adherence to defined savings methodologies, collaborating with Finance to ensure savings are linked to organizational budgets.
  • Develop a comprehensive category management framework, aligning with Lundbeck's strategic goals.
  • Develop and implement Lundbeck's procurement sustainability strategy, working closely with the business to integrate sustainability practices into procurement and supplier relationships.

About You

We are looking for a seasoned procurement leader with extensive functional experience, a strong track record of driving organizational transformation, and a passion for building diverse and high-performing teams. You should have a deep understanding of procurement and supply chain operations, as well as experience with procurement digital tools and end-to-end procurement platforms.
