About the RoleWe seek an experienced leader to spearhead our Integration & Adoption Tribe. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving strategic direction, engaging stakeholders, and fostering collaboration among highly motivated colleagues.
As a visionary leader, you will define a clear strategic direction, set priorities, and communicate the tribe's vision effectively. Your ability to involve and engage relevant stakeholders across all levels will be instrumental in achieving our goals.
In this pivotal role, you will also play a key part in supporting Product Owners and Chapter Leads in defining their Squad's mission, ensuring progress towards the overall tribe mission, and following up on performance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and communicate the tribe's strategy, prioritizing and co-creating the roadmap and high-level tribe backlog.
- Manage senior stakeholders and peers, driving internal and external communication.
- Guide Product Owners and align with Chapter Leads, ensuring the availability of sufficient knowledge and capacity about the business within the tribe.
- Continuously monitor the tribe's performance, escalating unresolved issues and handling challenges.
- Budgeting and forecasting.
We are looking for an experienced leader with solid business and technology knowledge, particularly in Kafka and APIs. A proven track-record in delivering outcome-focused digital solutions and excellent customer experiences within this area is desirable.
A true servant leader with 5 years of leadership experience, you should be ready to support your colleagues and foster an agile culture characterized by openness, collaboration, and autonomy. Humility and a willingness to grow professionally and personally are essential qualities.
Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is around $140,000-$160,000 depending on your location and level of experience.
