We are seeking an experienced People Leader to join our Global IT Operations team, specifically for the Network Connectivity team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring strong change management, designing clear organizational processes, motivating and developing our people, and ensuring focus on operational stability.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement long-term competency and skills development plans, including people career development and motivation, coaching, and mentoring.
- Foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, and high performance within the team.
- Plan and manage the annual FTE budget based on capacity needs and ensure short- and long-term capacity planning for the team.
- Develop and implement strategic workforce planning to ensure our organization and team are ready for future needs.
- Build and maintain strong personal and professional competencies within the team to deliver on our ambitious strategy.
- An academic background in a relevant field, such as Business, IT, Engineering, HR, or Computer Science.
- At least 5 years of experience leading and managing IT teams, with a focus on networks and firewalls.
- Strong coaching and team building skills.
- Experience with performance management, goal setting, and fostering a feedback culture.
- Experience with supporting transformation through personal advocacy, engagement, stakeholder management, and leadership, preferably with certification or practical experience with Agile methodologies.
