Electrical Automation Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Automation Project Lead to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing and managing technical projects related to building automation, including HVAC systems, supply infrastructure, and electrical enhancements.
Responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and complete technical projects;
- Leading technical initiatives related to building automation, such as HVAC, utility, light, and other electrical systems;
- Ensuring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met;
- Coordinating with contractors, engineers, and architects to optimize project outcomes;
- Monitoring progress, identifying risks, and implementing effective solutions;
- Driving continuous improvement by leveraging technical expertise.

In the team, there are 3 BMS engineers supporting operations and projects, all with different professional backgrounds. We emphasize a helpful and relaxed tone. You will report to the Head of BMS & Metrology.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Data Engineer, Electrical Engineer (or similar technical background) with solid technical competencies;
- Proven experience with technical projects and project management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or life science industry;
- Structured and data-driven approach to tasks;
- Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization;
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Lundbeck offers a competitive salary of approximately DKK 750,000 - 900,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
