Main Responsibilities:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their experience is nothing short of outstanding. This includes:

  • Providing courteous, professional, and efficient service at all times, adhering to the highest standards of our organization.
  • Performing all duties and tasks in your assigned area, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Rotating within the different sub-departments of the Food & Beverage division or other hotel departments as assigned, showcasing your ability to thrive in new situations.
  • Being thoroughly knowledgeable about all services and facilities offered by our hotel, allowing you to make informed recommendations to guests.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of your workspace and surrounding areas at all times, upholding the highest standards of our organization.
  • Monitoring operating supplies and reducing waste, demonstrating your commitment to sustainability.
  • Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a courteous and efficient manner, escalating concerns to supervisors if necessary.

Personnel:

You will be expected to:

  • Adhere to the hotel's rules and regulations, with a particular focus on Fire, Hygiene, Health, and Safety policies.
  • Report for duty punctually, wearing the required uniform and name tag at all times, demonstrating your commitment to professionalism.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times, upholding the standards of our organization.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with colleagues in your outlet and other departments, fostering a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Attend and contribute to all staff meetings, departmental, and hotel trainings, ensuring you stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices.
  • Undertake any reasonably assigned tasks and secondary duties, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to adapt.
  • Respond to any changes in the restaurant function, as dictated by the hotel, showcasing your ability to adapt to new situations.
