About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Partner Associate to join our team in Paita, Peru. As a key member of our global organization, you will play a vital role in supporting our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with regional teams to build and implement the new Frontliners People Organization (FPO) model.
  • Support the implementation of new business partnering within the EEO and FPO organizations.
  • Act as a project manager for specific strategies and initiatives.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to implement the People Strategy.
  • Plan and coordinate regional activities related to the deployment of the new regional organizational structure.
  • Coordinate all people moves in the HR organization and serve as the central point of contact for in-country HR across the Americas.
  • Deliver support and HR operations to the People Partnering Organization in the Americas, driving the annual HR cycle and providing tactical and operational guidance and coaching to leaders on HR matters.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience as an HR generalist, HRBP, or HR Manager.
  • Proven experience in implementing regional or global processes.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Advanced Workday user, desirable.
  • Pasión to provide a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Good understanding of Peru's Labor Law.
  • Structured work approach and a focus on delivering results.
  • Project Management skills and demonstrated experience, desirable.
  • Experience in large international organizations.
  • Change management experience.
  • Great stakeholder management skills and proven ability to deliver through others.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lead initiatives and collaborate with others to achieve common objectives.
  • Be self-driven, energetic, proactive, and have a 'can-do' and 'caring' mindset.
