Lige nu søger vi en strategisk og driftsorienteret forstander, som gennem ledelse af ledere kan sikre stabil drift og høj faglig kvalitet på Danmarks største plejehjem.

Fælledgården er beliggende på Østerbro med 193 moderne to-værelsesboliger fordelt på seks etager. I 2013 genåbnede Fælledgården efter omfattende ombygning og drives som et moderne, selvejende plejehjem med bestyrelse, kristent grundlag og driftsoverenskomst med Københavns Kommune.

På Fælledgården går værdier som mangfoldighed og medmenneskelighed fint i spænd med ambitionerne om et frit, trygt og fælles ældreliv i hverdagen. Her banker et hjerte, siger medarbejderne, for stedet og det fælles projekt: At livet skal leves på Fælledgården.

Du bliver øverste leder for en multikulturel arbejdsplads på omkring 200 medarbejdere, herunder en stor ledergruppe på fem afdelingsledere, en faglig leder og en leder for køkken, service og rengøring. Dine vigtigste opgaver bliver at optimere og prioritere i Fælledgårdens økonomi og at understøtte lederne i deres ledelse, så alle medarbejdere trives og løser opgaverne omkring beboerne på et højt fagligt niveau.

Det overordnede mål for Fælledgården er fortsat at være ét samlet plejehjem med høj sammenhængskraft fra kælder til loft og på tværs af afdelinger og faglighed. Vi er ambitiøse på hinandens vegne, og vi arbejder strategisk med faglig udvikling – blandt andet gennem undervisning og supervision – så alle medarbejdere udvikler sig fagligt og menneskeligt.

Vi drømmer om en erfaren og ambitiøs leder, der står stærkt i sin rolle som leder. Du har en lederuddannelse på minimum diplomniveau og kendskab til fagområdet – og du er motiveret til at drive og videreudvikle et moderne plejehjem, som kan håndtere nutidens – og fremtidens – opgaver og udfordringer.

Dit mindset er innovativt og din ledelsesstil tillidsbaseret. Du er nysgerrig, og du evner både at lytte, inddrage og udfordre dem, du leder. Og du kan sikre, at nye initiativer kommer godt i mål.

Du har erfaring med at balancere store budgetter og har organisatorisk tæft med blik for kerneopgaven og de udfordringer, der kan opstå i driften.

Sammen med ledergruppen skal du sikre en stabil drift og ressourcestyring samt høj kvalitet i løsningen af kerneopgaven – herunder at sikre en høj faglig kvalitet gennem fortsat uddannelse, rekruttering og opkvalificering af alle medarbejdere.

Om forvaltningen: Visionære strategier og bred understøttelse
Organisatorisk er Fælledgården placeret i Sundheds- og Omsorgsforvaltningens Område Nord, der understøtter driften af omkring halvdelen af de 40 plejehjem i Københavns Kommune.

Sundheds- og Omsorgsforvaltningen er en organisation med visioner og højt ambitionsniveau for ældreområdet, og du skal som strategisk leder arbejde med forvaltningens strategiske indsatser og i overensstemmelse med Kommunens Ældrepolitik og Sundhedspolitik.

Du får et tæt samspil med områdechef Signe Grauslund, og du har mulighed for at blive understøttet af blandt andet sundhedsfaglige konsulenter, pårørendevejledere, økonomikonsulenter og rekrutteringskonsulenter. Ligeledes er der gode muligheder for sparring og samarbejde gennem ledergruppen i Område Nord, der blandt andet tæller forstanderne fra 20 af Københavns Kommunes plejehjem.

Du vil opleve, at der i forvaltningen er et stort fokus på ledelse og lederudvikling – og du har mulighed for at udvikle dig både fagligt og personligt gennem fx faglig indflydelse og deltagelse i udviklingsprojekter.

Vi har brug for dig fra den 1. december 2024 – eller hurtigst muligt herefter. Stillingen er uden øverste arbejdstid og aflønnes efter gældende overenskomst.
