Job Description


This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic project manager to join our Product & Technology Development department as a Senior Delivery Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for structuring and driving the development of projects that deliver value to our Media and Core sites teams.



About the Role


As a Senior Delivery Leader, you will work closely with various stakeholders from business and technology, based in our Copenhagen office and our development centres in Lodz (Poland) and Nis (Serbia). Your primary goal will be to understand and convey the strategic goals set by the stakeholders of Better Collective's Media Partnership sites.



Responsibilities



  • Collaborate with the Business Owner to translate business requirements into high-level roadmaps
  • Work with delivery teams to break down epics into tasks
  • Prioritize backlogs to maximize continuous delivery of business value
  • Communicate goals, priorities, deadlines, etc., to stakeholders
  • Systematically involve relevant stakeholders, such as experts from UX, Digital Intelligence, or Tech teams
  • Bring in your previous experience within online marketing, helping the squad ideate, guide decision-making processes, and approach each backlog item with an MVP approach


Requirements


We are looking for a highly skilled individual with experience in project managing web and software development using agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban. The ideal candidate should also have experience with user tracking methods, a positive attitude that helps everyone perform better and faster, strong communication skills, and the ability to break down complex problems into simple steps.



Salary


The estimated annual salary for this position ranges between €90,000 and €120,000, depending on the location, which includes cities like Copenhagen, Denmark; Łódź, Poland; Paris, France; Lisbon, Portugal; London & Manchester, United Kingdom; and Nis, Serbia.
