Senior Chromatographic Development Scientist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Chromatographic Development Scientist to join our team in Hillerød, Denmark. As a member of our Analytical Development department, you will be responsible for developing, verifying, and validating chromatographic methods for complex materials.
With a strong background in chromatography and pharmacopoeia compliance, you will lead projects to ensure timely implementation of pharmacopoeia changes and provide QC support for deviations, out-of-specification results, and laboratory investigations.
In this role, you will also qualify and implement new equipment to support QC laboratory upgrades, handle deviations, write change requests, and support lab technicians in their daily work. Additionally, you will transfer chromatographic methods to other Novo Nordisk sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and validate chromatographic methods for complex materials
- Lead projects to ensure timely implementation of pharmacopoeia changes
- Provide QC support for deviations, out-of-specification results, and laboratory investigations
- Qualify and implement new equipment to support QC laboratory upgrades
- Handle deviations, write change requests, and support lab technicians
- Transfer chromatographic methods to other Novo Nordisk sites
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering, or a related natural science field
- Strong background in chromatographic methods and method validation
- Experience with pharmacopoeia compliance
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Familiarity with GMP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of Danish is an advantage
