Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Chemistry Scientist to join our team at our Hillerød, Denmark location. As a key member of our Analytical Development team, you will be responsible for implementing multiple chemistry methods to support technology transfer programs between our customers and FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring timely implementation of new analytical test methods for release testing. You will work closely with our QC testing teams and external stakeholders such as contract laboratory organizations to ensure seamless method transfers and validations.
About the PositionThis role requires a strong background in analytical methods, including icIEF, CE-SDS, and U/HPLC. Experience with method transfer and validation is essential, as well as a solid understanding of GMP/GLP guidelines.
You will be part of a dynamic team of chemists and laboratory technicians working together to achieve common goals. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities- Author and review qualification and transfer/validation protocols, reports, and SOPs
- Support implementation and setup of new instruments
- Method troubleshooting, data analysis, and data evaluation
- Work with QC testing teams and contract laboratory organizations during method transfers and validations
- Analytical method support to QC testing teams, including OOS investigational support
- Change control assessment of method changes and specification changes
- Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Protein Chemistry, or Biology
- Solid understanding of GMP/GLP guidelines with minimum 5 years of experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry or university
- Broad background in analytical methods, including icIEF, CE-SDS, and U/HPLC
- Experience with method transfer and validation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
