Key Responsibilities- Content Creation: Develop and deliver high-quality content for both internal and external platforms, including our global website, intranet news stories, and social media posts.
- Communications Coordination: Assist in the coordination of communications programs across geographies and assist in developing and delivering internal and external communications for key service areas in both written and video formats.
- Digital Marketing: Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns around key strategic areas and help build Ramboll's standard marketing content library.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including the graphic design team, to ensure delivery of strong visual content.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Communications and Marketing professional with a strong background in content creation, digital marketing, and strategic communications. You will have a Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or Communications, or a Master's degree in Communications, and 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in similar positions.
You will possess excellent communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders at all organisational levels. You will also have excellent research and persuasive writing capabilities, an understanding of content development, strategic messaging, and brand development, project management skills, and strong digital marketing and social media skills.
