Om jobbet i Support Center Commercial Lines
Du bliver en del af vores Mæglersupport-team, hvor vi dagligt understøtter mæglerhuse med servicering, nytegning og fornyelse af erhvervsforsikringer. I teamet er vi i dag 10 dedikerede medarbejdere, og vi søger en ny kollega til at styrke holdet yderligere.
Dine arbejdsopgaver:
- Daglig support til mæglerhuse via telefon og mail.
- Sikre stærke relationer og et godt samarbejde med mæglerhuse og deres kunder.
- Samarbejde på tværs af organisationen med interne afdelinger som UW, Risk Management og Key Account Managers.
- Administrative opgaver i forbindelse med erhvervsforsikringer, herunder udstedelse af policer og udarbejdelse af opgørelser.
Om dig:
- Du har erfaring med erhvervsforsikringer og kendskab til supportering af kunder inden for området.
- Du er struktureret og en stærk kommunikator både i skrift og tale.
- Du tager initiativ og har en solid forretningsforståelse, samtidig med at du er god til at opbygge og vedligeholde relationer.
- Du er en holdspiller, som gerne hjælper dine kolleger på tværs af organisationen.
Vi ser gerne, at du har en bred faglig baggrund inden for forsikringsbranchen med fokus på erhvervs- og mæglerkunder. Det er en fordel, hvis du har niveau 4 fra Forsikringsakademiet eller er på vej dertil (minimum IDD compliant på niveau 3).
