About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Commercial Finance to join our team at GN Store Nord A/S. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and running the Finance Business Partner organization, shaping the financial strategy of the Gaming Division, and partnering with key stakeholders to ensure operational standards and financial growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be a trusted advisor to the division Business Finance Officer and Regional GMs, assisting in the formulation and development of regional strategic initiatives to achieve desired business outcomes.
  • Work with commercial leaders to validate conclusions and influence decisions to optimize long-term financial results, defining KPIs and leading metrics for the regions or brand and holding business accountable for delivery of objectives.
  • Support commercial organization to ensure all material investments are reviewed from multiple perspectives, modeling investment opportunities with known variables and identifying risk factors and providing overall recommendations.
  • Develop long-range plans, identifying macroeconomic and environmental factors impacting sales trajectory and defining range of assumptions (new launches, pricing, etc.).
Requirements
  • Several years of proven record of accomplishment within similar commercial finance roles, with ability to develop and articulate a clear strategy and scope for the Finance track within the program.
  • Ability to lead projects and drive team performance to meet deliverables, by developing people with influence, fostering team engagement and high-performance culture in a virtual organization.
  • Solid experience in building relationships and securing buy-in from Senior Leadership stakeholders across functions & divisions, with deep understanding of Finance business processes and their integration within broader corporate processes.
  • Advanced 'real-life' problem-solving skills resulting in ready-to-implement solutions, and structure freak, with effective communication skills effectively across various levels of the organization and to present complex information clearly in a business language.
