We are seeking a skilled Category Growth Lead to manage a team responsible for developing and executing customer plans to deliver our annual target.

This role requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, and analytical thinking to drive profitable growth for Mondelēz International and our customers.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in developing and monitoring annual and ad hoc customer plans
  • A proven track record of identifying growth opportunities in various channels and categories
  • Strong analytical skills to drive volume and revenue forecasting, and provide insights to senior management
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
  • A growth mindset, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
  • Commercial understanding and experience in FMCG or similar industries
  • International experience, language skills, and local market knowledge are advantageous

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer plans to deliver annual targets
  • Identify growth opportunities in various channels and categories
  • Drive volume and revenue forecasting, and provide insights to senior management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products
  • Support Revenue Growth Manager with promotional post evaluations
  • Provide regular reporting and recommendations to Key Account Managers
  • Monitor revenue realization of cost price increases
