About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Digital Communication Expert to join our team as an English instructor at Raket Webbyrå AB, a leading digital communications agency in Denmark. This full-time position is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about teaching and mentoring students in digital communication and marketing.

As a Digital Communication Expert, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality courses on digital communication and marketing to students pursuing their Bachelor's and Master's degrees in international business communication in English. You will also contribute to the development of the department's research profile by conducting innovative research and publishing papers in reputable academic journals.

The successful candidate will have a strong academic background in digital communication, with a PhD or equivalent qualifications. They should possess excellent teaching and research skills, as well as experience working with students from diverse backgrounds. A proven track record of research publications and participation in national and international research networks would be highly regarded.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality courses on digital communication and marketing to students pursuing their Bachelor's and Master's degrees in international business communication in English.
  • Contribute to the development of the department's research profile by conducting innovative research and publishing papers in reputable academic journals.
  • Mentor and supervise students in their research projects and provide guidance on their academic development.
  • Participate in collaborative research projects with internal and external partners and engage in knowledge exchange activities with private companies, government consultancy, and civil society.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A PhD degree or equivalent qualifications in a relevant field related to digital communication.
  • Experience in teaching and mentoring students at university level, including developing and delivering high-quality courses.
  • A strong research profile with a proven track record of publications in reputable academic journals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with a good command of Danish language skills (not essential but preferred).
