PARETO SECURITIES AS is hiring a Customer Experience Ambassador to join our team in Copenhagen Airport. As a full-time ambassador, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional shopping experience for every visitor to our store.
Your key responsibilities will include delivering outstanding personal styling sessions, establishing a client base of loyalty, and fostering the GANNI community. You will also conduct strategic client outreaches to drive footfall and business to the store, strive to reach KPI targets, and maintain VM guidelines and visual standards.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and people skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience from the service industry or fashion would be considered an advantage, and fluency in Danish and English is essential.
