About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic sales leader to join our team as VP of Global Sales.
As VP of Global Sales, you will be responsible for leading our sales organization globally, driving growth, profitability, and strengthening our position in the market. You will lead a team of 10 employees across Denmark, USA, and Taiwan.
- You will develop and implement sales strategies to ensure growth and strengthen our position in the market.
- You will build and maintain strong customer relationships with key customers and partners.
- You will develop and follow up on sales team KPIs and performance.
- You will be responsible for forecasting to predict sales and future revenue streams.
- You will identify and execute on new market opportunities and develop our go-to-market strategy.
- You will collaborate with our board and executive management team on sales performance and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
To be considered, you will have solid experience from a similar sales role and experience from a company in the industry that produces computer components and/or gaming equipment.
You will have hands-on experience selling to OEM customers and be used to selling to a complex and international market. Experience selling online to the Chinese market is an advantage.
You will thrive in a hands-on leadership role where you lead by example and motivate employees to achieve results.
