Job Description

Ramboll is seeking a highly skilled Global Rewards Consultant to join our Center of Excellence: Global Rewards. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing and driving data-centric reward processes and projects that align with our global strategy.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Support our annual reward processes, including annual salary review, variable pay programmes, position evaluation/grading review, and more.
  • Provide benchmark and analyses in MS Excel, including preparing presentations with key findings and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Be involved in various Rewards projects, such as mergers and acquisitions, pay transparency, and Total Compensation proposals for employees at the Director level.
  • Participate in relevant Reward projects and tasks within our Centre of Excellence, depending on your background, skills, and interests.

  • A Master's degree in a related field, such as HR, statistics, analytics, finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • An analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Experience working with MS Excel and comfortable in handling and analysing large datasets.
  • Fluent in English, as this is our Corporate Language.

We determine the pay based on the role and the qualifications of the candidate.
