We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our team in Europe.

Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Strategist will play a key role in developing and implementing an effective talent acquisition strategy, incorporating multiple channels to attract and hire outstanding talent quickly and seamlessly. This individual will be responsible for leading, empowering, and mentoring a team of Talent Acquisition Partners, promoting teamwork and excellence, and ensuring a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  2. Lead a team of Talent Acquisition Partners, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  3. Cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and leaders, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  4. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and other relevant data to inform talent acquisition decisions.
  5. Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment metrics, providing insights to drive process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in German a plus.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
