About the Opportunity
The Common Data Warehouse is the cornerstone of our banking operations, providing a unified platform for data analysis and business decision-making. We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team and drive business growth through data excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and develop innovative solutions.
- Ensure seamless alignment between business and IT architecture, driving strategic value for our customers.
- Provide exceptional support to business areas across Nordea, addressing data quality issues and improving overall performance.
- Proactively enhance data quality in the Common Data Warehouse, identifying and resolving issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize data management.
- Foster strategic integrations to secure proper integration of the Common Data Warehouse within Nordea's Data Reference Architecture.
- Design and deliver training programs on data analytics, SQL, and Snowflake, empowering colleagues to maximize their potential.
- Develop and maintain accurate documentation, ensuring easy access to vital information for business users and stakeholders.

Requirements:
- University degree in Economics, IT, Math, or a relevant field.

- Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and a willingness to collaborate with others.
What We Offer:
Nordea provides a dynamic work environment that values diversity, inclusivity, and continuous learning. Our competitive compensation package includes an estimated salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
