Experienced Medical Specialist in Hematology for Pharmaceutical Development

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced medical specialist in hematology to join our team in pharmaceutical development. The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical drug development and a passion for innovative clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and lead clinical trials in hematology, ensuring high-quality data and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide medical oversight and guidance to cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, biostatistics, and data management.
- Interpret and document trial results, and support submissions to health authorities.
- Collaborate with scientific experts and health authorities to achieve the best possible clinical development programs.
Requirements:
- Medical Doctor degree, preferably with a PhD in hematology or a related field.
- At least 3 years of clinical drug development experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to mentor junior colleagues.
- Proficiency in English and strong communication skills.
