As a Growth Account Manager at Eficode, you'll play a crucial role in managing existing client relationships and expanding our business through strategic account planning and execution.

\

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Manage a portfolio of 15-25 clients across various regions, actively growing and expanding their accounts.\
  • Pursue and land qualified leads, hunting for new opportunities from internal sources like demand generation, marketing, and partner leads.\
  • Develop and implement account strategies, coordinating with specialists from various business areas to maximize footprint in accounts.\
  • Apply your knowledge of both offering and IT Services markets to understand client needs and deliver holistic Eficode solutions.\
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, focusing on growing market share and enhancing their capabilities through collaborative work.\
  • Collaborate with support functions like license sales and CSMs to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.\
  • Work closely with delivery consultants, service managers, and CSMs to ensure efficient delivery of Eficode solutions.\
  • Leverage CRM software, preferably Salesforce, to guide your work and drive results.\

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • \
  • A post-high school degree in sales or IT sales.\
  • A minimum of 5 years of similar B2B sales experience, preferably from the software industry and/or IT consulting services.\
  • Strong command of Swedish and English languages, with proficiency in using digital communication tools like email, chat, and video conferencing.\
  • Ability to uncover customer needs and devise applicable and sometimes complex IT solutions.\
  • Experience working in a diverse environment that respects experience, nurtures talent, and encourages growth.\
  • Comfortable with flexible work arrangements, including remote work options and travel requirements.\
