About Conference Manager
We are a Denmark-based profitable B2B SaaS business with clients like Novo Nordisk, Arla, and Carlsberg. We provide registration and event management solutions in Scandinavia.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will identify and contact potential customers, create interest in our product, and book meetings for our Sales Manager in Denmark.
Your daily mission is to:
- Contact and engage with prospects via cold calls, emails, and social outreach.
- Navigate gatekeepers and identify decision makers.
- Schedule and book high-quality meetings for the Sales Manager in Denmark.
The ideal candidate is passionate about becoming part of a scale-up company on a growth journey. You should have:
- 1-2 years SDR experience or similar.
- Excellent communication skills in both Danish and English, written as well as spoken.
- A natural relationship building personality.
- A self-starter personality with strong resilience and motivation to turn a 'no' into a 'yes'.
- The ability to learn fast and a huge interest in growing in the sales field.
- A can-do attitude and thrive in a fast-paced and results-driven scale-up environment.
- A team player mentality and a genuine wish to take part in a fun and dynamic environment with several social events throughout the year.
