Job Overview: CVX Ventures is seeking an exceptional Head of Sales Operations to lead our Danish division in Copenhagen towards continued growth and success.

About the Role: You will be responsible for shaping your strategy, driving commercial excellence, and ensuring long-term profitability. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with the natural ability to build trust and connection with people.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive growth and revenue targets
  • Build out a lead marketing machine to generate quality leads
  • Drive sales and continuously hit and exceed revenue targets
  • Lead and develop a top-notch sales team once certain sales targets are achieved
  • Actively participate in budget work and set goals for the organisation
  • Follow KPIs and develop action plans to improve results
  • Lead end-to-end investment deals from deal sourcing to investment
  • Represent CVX at events, gatherings, conferences, etc
  • Work closely and in collaboration with other managers
  • Report into the CEO

What We Expect from You:

  • 5+ years of experience ideally in venture capital, high-growth startups, or fast-paced environments
  • A natural ability to sell and communicate effectively
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets
  • High work ethic with a sense of urgency and exceptional drive
  • Proactive approach with a willingness to take ownership
  • People-oriented with the ability to bring people together
  • Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at management and board level
  • Ability to win the trust of business leaders
  • Outstanding analytical and structured problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in Danish and English
  • Preferably, a network in the Danish start-up ecosystem
