Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Director with Financial Expertise to join our team at Agramkow US Inc. This role will play a critical part in driving the financial and administrative success of our North American operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of finance and administration, including ensuring accurate financial reporting, managing day-to-day office operations, and maintaining compliance with relevant US laws and tax rules. Key responsibilities include:
  • Ensuring accurate bookkeeping and invoicing
  • Managing financial processes in SAP and month-end closing
  • Maintaining an up-to-date accounting system
  • Handling Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
  • Processing order confirmations and purchase order approvals
  • Monitoring inventory and stock levels
  • Handling payroll and related tasks, including tax filing
  • Carrying out daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations

Requirements
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, with 5+ years of experience in a similar role in an international company. They should have experience with SAP and CRM systems, knowledge of relevant US laws and tax rules, and the ability to generate and communicate financial reports. Additionally, they should be able to analyze performance and develop financial and operational goals.
