About the Project
We are recruiting a Postdoc fellow to join the Rasmussen Lab at the Novo Nordisk Foundation Center for Basic Metabolic Research (CBMR). The project aims to develop patient-level multi-modal foundation models for studying cardiometabolic disease using data from large international biobanks.
Methodologies and Techniques
The successful candidate will develop and apply state-of-the-art deep learning-based foundation models, including methodologies such as neural networks, variational autoencoders, transformers, and more. They will also be responsible for interpreting results and disseminating findings through presentations and manuscripts.
