About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to join our dynamic Operational Excellence team at Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional programs that drive strategic initiatives and improvements critical to our success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and manage our Industrial Logic Plan to create a comprehensive view of factory activities over the next 1-5 years.
  • Support management through concise summaries, management presentations, workshops, and proposals.
  • Lead targeted transformation efforts to enhance cost competitiveness.
  • Develop and manage cost baseline scenarios for future blade projects, ensuring continuous monitoring and improvement in line with executive expectations.
  • Formulate business cases and prioritize continuous improvement efforts in operations processes, assessing potential productivity impacts.
  • Ensure strong focus on the implementation of committed cost-out initiatives.
Requirements
  • University degree in Management, Business Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 5 plus years of relevant experience in Project Management or consulting, with a preference for experience in the wind industry.
  • Proven ability in managing multiple projects, prioritizing effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic and quantitative focus.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management within large-scale projects; exposure to the wind industry or large infrastructure projects is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Danish language skills are preferable.
