About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team at Qvest Digital AG. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing global broadcast and media projects, working closely with internal experts, consultants, and system architects to deliver complex technical projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate large-scale, long-term projects across various industries, including media, IT, and entertainment.
  • Define and achieve project goals in terms of time, cost, and quality.
  • Ensure effective communication with customers, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technology teams to drive commercial and organizational success.
  • Assemble and lead project teams, as well as manage external staff and vendors.
  • Maintain and operate project management software, including BlueAnt and AP+ for reporting purposes.
  • Create, update, and publish project-related documents in various formats.

Your Profile

  • You hold a technical degree or equivalent qualifications and have relevant project management experience, preferably in the technology sector.
  • You possess certifications in project management, such as GPM/IPMA, PMI, or AXELOS, and have a strong understanding of project management methodologies like PMBOK, ICB, PRINCE2, and ITIL.
  • You are an effective communicator, negotiator, and presenter with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • You are proficient in project management software, such as MS Project, and Office applications.
  • You are willing to travel nationally and internationally and work with clients in various locations.
  • You possess fluent written and spoken English skills, and Danish language proficiency is an asset.
