About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Program Director to lead our technical program management initiatives, driving the development of new technology products and services at The LEGO Group. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to join our Marketing & Channels Technology Team and play a key part in shaping our digital strategy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing complex programs of work, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes. As a seasoned program manager, you will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results, and a deep understanding of agile program management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for technical programs, aligning with company goals and objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex programs of work, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with product teams, engineering, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize program objectives.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring program continuity and success.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, promoting professional growth and development.

What You Will Need:

  • Proven experience as a senior program director or equivalent role, with a strong track record of delivering complex programs.
  • Deep understanding of agile program management methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with program management tools, such as Jira, MS Project, or Asana.

Salary Range: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
