YouSee, Denmark's largest subscription business, seeks a Senior Commercial Manager to drive customer base management and profit optimization. As a key member of the Customer Base Management team, you will develop and implement strategies to reduce churn and optimize gross profit per user across all portfolios.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute a strategic direction for retention and profit optimization efforts, adapting to changing conditions.
  • Own the short- and long-term roadmap for achieving goals, including internal base activities and external events.
  • Create a base framework of segmentation and initiative efforts, focusing on high churn and low GPPU groups.
  • Provide commercial aspects, conduct impact analysis, prepare business cases, and recommend migration initiatives.
  • Secure diligent handovers of approved initiatives to execution teams and participate in execution as concept owner.
  • Contribute to major price increases and retention portfolios as a key input stakeholder.

About You

  • You thrive in complex cross-fields, breaking down issues and devising creative solutions.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities, with a structured, data-driven mindset and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, with great communication skills and the ability to convey complex messages effectively.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in subscription business, with a relevant master's degree in business administration, economics, or a similar field.
