The Role

As our CRO Manager, you'll be responsible for driving conversion rates and growth metrics. You'll analyze user behavior, design and run experiments, and collaborate with our product team to ensure that every step of our funnel is performing optimally. Your expertise in CRO tools and analytics platforms will be invaluable in helping us scale our growth.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive CRO strategy to improve conversion rates and drive growth
  • Designing and running experiments to identify areas of improvement and optimize user journeys
  • Collaborating with our product team to ensure that CRO best practices are integrated into our product development
  • Analyzing user behavior and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Developing and maintaining Figma files and design mockups to visualize and communicate CRO ideas
About You
  • 2+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization, preferably in a startup or growth-focused environment
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform CRO decisions
  • Experience with CRO tools and analytics platforms, including Google Optimize, Optimizely, Clarity, and Hotjar
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and how design choices impact conversions
  • Startup mentality and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
