Sales Representative for German Market

We're looking for a highly motivated and organized Account Manager to help us grow our presence in Germany. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with our founding team to build long-term relationships with clients, serve inbound leads, and optimize sales pipeline and conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build a portfolio of long-term relations with German-speaking clients
- Serve and help inbound leads in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the founding team to improve sales and operational processes
- Optimize sales pipeline and conversion rates to drive business growth
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Fluent in German and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
