About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Actona Group A/S. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers in the contract market, primarily in Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive sales growth and meet targets.
  • Understand and stay updated on key requirements, labels, and certificates necessary for the contract market.
  • Manage and nurture customer relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Represent the company at international trade shows and events to promote products and expand the customer base.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Requirements
  • Relevant education, such as a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the furniture or related industry targeting the contract market.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
  • Strong commercial understanding and sales flair.
  • Strong technical understanding of products.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with both customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Proficiency in Danish and English.
