Strategic Sales Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management: Oversee cross-functional projects to ensure alignment with business objectives and timely delivery.
  2. Operational Support: Provide the Senior Vice President (SVP) Sales with a comprehensive overview of ongoing initiatives.
  3. Quantitative Analysis: Conduct data-driven analysis to support the SVP Sales in creating business cases and decision materials for senior management.
  4. Business Process Development: Define and document business processes to enhance operational efficiency and support business growth.
  5. Change Management: Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth implementation of new processes and systems.
  6. Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder relationships across functional areas and managerial levels, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  7. KPI Monitoring: Collaborate with Regional Directors to gather and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), providing the SVP Sales with an accurate and timely overview.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role, with a strong commercial focus.
  2. Experience working in a commercial setting, translating business objectives into revenue initiatives.
  3. Strong attention to detail and methodical approach to monitoring progress and maintaining project alignment with business goals.
  4. Strong quantitative analysis skills and experience creating decision materials for senior stakeholders.
  5. Solid understanding of business processes and experience in process documentation, implementation, and change management.
  6. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across functional areas and managerial levels.
  7. Technical proficiency in Excel, Think-Cell, PowerPoint, CRM systems, and Power BI.
  8. High level of integrity, capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
  9. Fluency in English.
