Transformation Specialist

At BEC, we are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Specialist to join our OPS Process Enablement team in Warsaw. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end IT Change Management process, ensuring timely and accurate communication to all stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with at least +2 years of experience working as a Change Manager. Strong written documentation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a structured approach to delivering within agreed deadlines are essential.

Our team is responsible for Change Management, Service Asset and Configuration Management, Request Fulfillment, Governance of BEC's Business Processes, and Service Delivery to our customers. We handle daily operations and maintenance (O&M) and aim to take a data-driven approach in all decisions.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with two other Change Managers and a strong team with high engagement and peer collaboration scores. You will be responsible for establishing, facilitating, and driving CAB meetings where needed, collaborating with Change Managers, Process Manager, Domain Architects, and stakeholders in BEC and with our vendors.
We prefer to collaborate often in the office, but we also offer the opportunity to work remotely up to eight days per month. The estimated salary for this position is around €40,000 - €50,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
