The successful candidate will have a strong operational background and 10+ years of industry-specific experience in Air Charter. They must be capable of thriving under high pressure and tight deadlines, and able to work effectively within a matrix organization.

You will be accountable for overall profitability, client and colleague satisfaction, compliance, strategy execution, and team management. Your responsibilities will include leading the global team, understanding and anticipating client air charter needs, delivering creative and effective solutions.

You will also engage with airlines, GSAs, aircraft owners, and other third-party partners to optimize operations and cost efficiency. Developing and executing the Air Charter strategy, overseeing shipment execution, traffic rights, load planning, and other operational aspects to maintain high-quality standards globally are key responsibilities in this role.
