The Opportunity

We're seeking a Product Marketer to bridge the gap between marketing and product, high and low funnel, and become our voice in all customer-facing copy. As a key member of our team, you'll shape customer journeys with impact, working across both product and marketing to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop compelling product messaging that resonates with our customers and helps us learn when and where to say what.
  • Build on our voice, tone, and messaging guidelines to create a cohesive brand experience throughout the customer journey.
  • Create marketing copy for websites, app listings, paid advertising, and other channels to drive user acquisition.
  • Write in-product copy to drive onboarding, habit-building, and revenue.
  • Develop messages and notifications for emails, in-app messages, and push notifications to enhance user experience.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience (4+ years) writing compelling product messaging in marketing campaigns and/or within a digital product.
  • Exceptional writing skills in English with near native capabilities.
  • Experience writing emails and marketing copy that drives action.
  • Natural curiosity towards understanding customer motivations and behaviors.
  • Eager and fast learner with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with experience working with developers and product designers.
