Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer expectations.
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians to deliver high-quality projects, meeting budget and timeline targets.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
- Develop and maintain technical expertise in telecommunication systems, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Technical background in telecommunication, electrical instrumentation, automation, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing international technical projects, preferably in the offshore industry.
- Strong project management skills, including experience with project management tools and methodologies.
