Job Title: Senior IT Project Manager for HR

At Arla Foods amba, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Project Manager to lead an important HR Payroll program migration project. As part of our ongoing digital transformation, this role will oversee the end-to-end migration process of our HR program from SAP EEC to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and Employee Center Time in our core countries UK, DE, DK & SE.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate and align with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external vendors.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to budget, scope, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish clear objectives.
  • Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure a successful migration.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and data privacy regulations.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Senior IT Project Manager, specifically in HR system migration projects.
  • Preferably a solid understanding of HR processes and systems, with a focus on payroll and time management.
  • Demonstrated experience in risk management, issue resolution, and change management.
